The first step in becoming Partner with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is to have one or more Facilitators trained in the methodology. This is done by attending one of our 5-day trainings for the full commercial license.
 
The training week follows a detailed roadmap and is designed to provide you, as a skilled facilitator, with sufficient information and experiences to prepare and carry out LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshops with your clients.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING THE TRAINING?

• You will get a thorough hands-on experience of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. You will experience the tool from the perspective of the end-user. This is done by facilitating you through a number of the standard workshop designs.
• You will be introduced to the reasons and theory behind the method.
• You will be given instructions and experience-based recommendations on how to facilitate and conduct a workshop.
• You will receive a comprehensive Facilitator’s Manual explaining all the aspects of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in detail – including how to prepare for a client workshop. During the training you will be asked to read parts of the manual and there will be time for questions and comments.
• You will get some experience with preparing for and facilitating a part of a workshop.
• You will have time to ask questions relating to all aspects of the methodology – including both practical and theoretical issues.

Please note that the training will be conducted entirely in English. It is essential that you have a high level of English skills.
