A powerful tool designed to enhance innovation and business performance

The LEGO Foundation has taken over the responsibility for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. This change will help create the platform for the continued development and growth of the method.

The President of The LEGO Foundation, Morten Aagaard has long been a great supporter and fan of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, and was trained as a facilitator in 2004.
Morten Aagaard has asked Per Kristiansen to constitute and chair a small pro bono advisory board to support The LEGO Foundation in the continued development of the method, in accrediting training programs, supporting research, updating the products and raising the awareness of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. The advisory board will also prepare an annual LSP partner conference in connection with the annual LEGO Idea Conference in Billund, Denmark.
The present open source strategy will be continued and the role of the board is strictly advisory to The LEGO Foundation.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovative, experiential process designed to enhance innovation and business performance. Based on research that shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue – for everyone in the organization.
